Our Principal Dentist Ruth Morris has been dealing with anxious patients throughout her career and understands that some people have a genuine fear of visiting the dentist. But she’s also extremely skilled at putting them at their ease! Ruth explains:

“I find the best way to make patients feel at ease is to openly communicate, explaining each stage of any treatment and listening to how the patient feels, what their needs are and what makes them anxious. The aim is to set the patient at ease and to make their visit as stress free as possible.”
